Changed Your Mind? Optional Charges Can Be Refunded

If you accidentally selected Shipping Protection or added a Tip and later decide that you do not want the service, you may contact us to request a refund of the applicable optional charge.

We will provide a full refund of the Shipping Protection fee or Tip amount upon request, including when the request is made after the associated merchandise order has already been shipped.

There is no need to provide a special reason. If the optional service was selected by mistake or you simply changed your mind, our support team can assist with the refund.

Please note that a refund of an optional Shipping Protection fee or Tip is separate from any refund, return, or cancellation request involving the merchandise purchased in the same order.
